1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Basic account information (name and email)
- Basic billing information and payment history through our payment processor Stripe (we do not store sensitive payment details)
- Property search history and saved lists
- Campaign data and document generation preferences
- Email recipient information you provide (names and email addresses of property owners)

For payment processing, we use Stripe. While we maintain records of your transactions, all sensitive payment information is handled directly by Stripe - we never see or store your credit card details.
For account security, we use an industry standard authentication system. Your password is securely hashed - we never store or have access to your actual password.
2. Gmail Integration and Email Data
When you connect your Gmail account to send LOIs and marketing emails:
- We use Google OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication
- We request only the minimum necessary Gmail scope (gmail.send) to send emails on your behalf
- We store encrypted OAuth tokens to maintain your connection
- We do NOT read, access, or store your existing Gmail messages
- We only use Gmail access to send the LOI documents you explicitly authorize
- Email content is generated from your campaign templates and property data
- We track email send status and Gmail message IDs for your campaign analytics
- You can revoke Gmail access at any time through your account settings
Your Gmail credentials are never stored on our servers. Authentication is handled entirely through Google's secure OAuth system.
